Learning & Development Specialist

As a Learning & Development Specialist you are responsible for the (further) development and maintenance of our training courses and modules.
To ensure that (new) users and partners can gain knowledge about the Thinkwise development platform, various training courses and eLearning modules have been developed by the University. With these, the University offers a high-quality learning experience about the Thinkwise platform. To stay up to date, we develop these training courses and modules at the same high pace as the releases of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Finding out the learning needs and drawing up learning objectives.
• Help building the various courses and modules, and deal with (content) management in our LMS.
  
• Contribute to certification, the creation of learning resources for classroom training and the training of trainers.

To start with, you have a strong work ethic and a good mood. You are a team player and show initiative and creativity to create a suitable learning experience that suits the target group. You are also motivated to learn about the Thinkwise Platform yourself, in order to use this knowledge to contribute optimally to our learning material.
In addition

• You have a completed relevant education at HBO/WO level (for example: Education Science). 
• You have knowledge of learning methods and graphic design.
• You have didactic insight and good analytical skills.
• You have demonstrable experience with setting up courses and modules.
• You have demonstrable experience with Articulate, aNewSpring and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
  
  

• Salary indication: € 3608,- / € 5325,- per month based on a full-time workweek.
