As a crucial link between our management and employees, you will not only provide HR advice but also make a difference by creating a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement innovative HR policies and guidelines that support our strategic goals.
  • Provide advice and support to management on various HR issues, from absenteeism to career development.
  • Lead a passionate HR team and collaborate on exciting projects such as revamping our learning and development.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and seize opportunities to improve our HR processes.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in HRM or a related field.
  • A vision for HR and a passion for staying abreast of the latest trends and developments.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and relevant legislation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact at different levels.
  • A proactive attitude, results orientation, and independence.
  • Analytical skills and a strategic mindset with an eye for both short and long-term goals.

  • A competitive salary ranging from € 4650,- to € 7033,- per month based on a full-time workweek.
