As a crucial link between our management and employees, you will not only provide HR advice but also make a difference by creating a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

What you will do

Develop and implement innovative HR policies and guidelines that support our strategic goals.
Provide advice and support to management on various HR issues, from absenteeism to career development.
Lead a passionate HR team and collaborate on exciting projects such as revamping our learning and development.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and seize opportunities to improve our HR processes.

Job requirements

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in HRM or a related field.
A vision for HR and a passion for staying abreast of the latest trends and developments.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international setting.
Excellent knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and relevant legislation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact at different levels.
A proactive attitude, results orientation, and independence.
Analytical skills and a strategic mindset with an eye for both short and long-term goals.

A competitive salary ranging from € 4650,- to € 7033,- per month based on a full-time workweek.
