Job description

As a Functional Tester, you are responsible for testing delivered functionalities and bug fixes within our Thinkwise Platform. You make strategic choices about which aspects to test and create test plans using testing techniques. Additionally, you perform regression testing and expand it to ensure the quality of our platform. Communication with various teams within the organization is an essential part of your work, collaborating with testers, developers, UI/UX designers, and Product Owners to develop test cases and discuss results.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring the quality of the Thinkwise Platform and accurately registering findings for developers.
Providing reasoned statements about the quality of tested functionalities and actively participating in discussions with developers.
Contributing to the development of test strategies and policies to systematically integrate quality into development processes.
Communicating with various teams and end-users to define test cases and share results.

Job requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Demonstrable experience with functional testing.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and experience with tools such as Azure DevOps.
Experience with data modeling and SQL is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch.
